Anytime. Upgrades apply after successful payment in Stripe. Additional credits are based on the paid proration and rounded down to whole credits; a full package is granted once per paid billing period. Changes to a lower invoice amount or a shorter billing interval start next period. Stripe shows the timing before confirmation.
