By creating an account you agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the teammates you invite.
Credits are prepaid and used to license library clips. Prices are shown before every purchase. Custom orders start after payment is confirmed; deliverables and revision allowances are listed on each order.
Licensed content may be used as described in our content license. Do not resell or redistribute original files. Clips, including free clips, previews, stills and edits, may not be used for prohibited categories such as alcohol, tobacco, gambling, adult content, weapons or political campaigns, to present the creator as a real customer or expert, or to train AI or alter the creator's face or voice. Before the first purchase you confirm your brand, its website and the license version you accept.
If we confirm a breach, you must stop the affected ads and posts within 48 hours of our notice, the license for the affected clips ends along with download and renewal, and credits spent on it are not refunded. Serious or repeated breaches lead to suspension or closure of the account. If the content stays up, we may report it to the platform and claim compensation for the actual damage caused. If a license was ended by mistake, reply to our notice and we restore it. We decline custom briefs that break these rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Creators keep ownership of the clips they upload and grant fancyUGC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, license and sell them to customers. Creators confirm that they own the footage and that everyone on camera has agreed to be filmed and to the footage being sold. For library sales and renewals creators earn half of what the brand actually paid for their clip, after plan and package discounts. We enforce the content license on their behalf and act on every misuse report. A buyer's breach never reduces the creator's earnings from the sale. Creator earnings clear after 14 days and are paid weekly once the balance reaches the payout minimum.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Check previews and descriptions before buying. Once you access, download or use the purchased original, we do not offer a change-of-mind refund for that content. Downloading does not remove your rights if a file is faulty, materially misdescribed or unavailable. Before accessing the original, you can ask us to review a cancellation in the order thread.
Cancel in the order thread before production starts for a full refund. Production starts only after the brief is agreed and our team confirms the start in the thread. After that, cancellation refunds cover the unfinished part; we explain and evidence any deduction for work already completed. Once conforming deliverables have been supplied, a change of mind or downloading them does not entitle you to a refund.
If any format, including raw reactions, materially fails the agreed brief, we correct or reshoot the affected work without charge and without using an included creative revision round. Edits and full UGC include one consolidated round of creative changes within the brief. A new concept, product, script or other change of scope needs a separately agreed quote. If we cannot put a material failure right within a reasonable time, we offer a refund for the affected work or an agreed price reduction.
Delivery dates are confirmed by the team after reviewing the brief. We tell you if missing materials or feedback affect that date. If we miss the confirmed date, you may agree a new one or cancel the undelivered part for a refund. Please check delivered work within 5 business days and send one list of comments in the order thread. Silence alone does not count as acceptance or remove rights concerning defects.
Send the order ID, affected clips and the problem in the order thread. We review the agreed brief, files, messages and delivery records; access records alone do not prove that a file was received or meets the brief. Duplicate charges and undelivered work are reviewed even after other files were downloaded. Credits are returned as credits; card or bank payments are returned through the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We do not refund the same payment twice. A full refund ends the license for the refunded content: stop using it and remove production copies and placements, apart from records you must retain for legal or dispute purposes.
We do not promise views, sales, conversions or ad-platform approval. Campaign performance or a change of preference alone is not a defect. These rules do not restrict mandatory consumer rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed content, or your right to raise a payment dispute.
